By accessing or using CurbClue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of CurbClue constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these terms.

Description of Service

CurbClue is a community-driven platform where delivery couriers can rate and review delivery addresses across the United States. The Service enables drivers to share their delivery experiences — including parking availability, door access, customer interaction, address clarity, and tipping practices — to help fellow couriers make informed decisions.

User Accounts

You may submit reviews as a guest or create a registered account. When using the Service:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• Only one account per person is permitted
• Email verification is required to access full features (auto-approved reviews)
• Guest reviews require a screenshot upload and are subject to manual moderation

Reviews & Content Policy

When submitting reviews, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your reviews must be based on genuine, first-hand delivery experiences
• You will not submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fabricated content
• You will not include any personal identifying information about residents, customers, or any third party
• You will not use profanity, hate speech, discriminatory language, or threatening language
• You may submit only one review per address per IP address
• Screenshots must not contain personal information of any individual
• We reserve the right to remove, reject, or modify any content that violates these terms
• You are solely and legally responsible for all content you submit

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Doxxing or sharing personal information of delivery recipients or any individual
• Submitting fake, spam, or incentivized reviews
• Attempting to manipulate address ratings or review counts
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Circumventing security measures, IP bans, or rate limits
• Using the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Uploading malicious files, malware, or illegal content

User Responsibility & Liability

All reviews, ratings, comments, and uploaded screenshots are the sole responsibility of the user who submits them. CurbClue operates as a platform and does not endorse, verify, or assume liability for user-generated content.

By submitting content, you acknowledge that:

• You are legally liable for any content you post
• CurbClue may share your information (including IP address) with law enforcement if required by law or in response to legal proceedings
• You may face legal consequences for defamatory, threatening, or privacy-violating content
• CurbClue is not responsible for any damages arising from user-submitted reviews

Content Moderation

CurbClue employs both automated and manual moderation to maintain platform quality:

• Reviews from verified users are auto-approved (unless they contain screenshots)
• Guest reviews and reviews with screenshots undergo manual moderation
• Users can report inappropriate reviews, which are flagged for admin review
• We reserve the right to deactivate, remove, or reject any content at our sole discretion
• Repeated violations will result in account bans and IP restrictions

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user submissions) are the property of CurbClue. By submitting reviews, comments, and screenshots, you grant CurbClue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content on the platform. You retain ownership of your original content.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Reviews represent individual opinions and experiences. CurbClue does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-submitted content. Address ratings may not reflect current conditions.

CurbClue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service.

Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: submitting fake reviews, doxxing, harassment, circumventing bans, or any activity that disrupts the Service or endangers others.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate federal or state courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
